Standing in a corner
Waiting for ones turn
Inducing pain
Lost in fire within
While trying to breathe
Sharing moment of loss
Loss of belief
Loss of presence
There is but a sparkle
Sparkle of a smile
Illuminating the way
Belonging to narration
Belonging to this world
World of meaning
World of creating
World worth living
Present is all we have
Past doesn’t belong to us
Future is not for us
Present is our moment
Grab with two hands
Smile from within
And breathe, breathe,
Breathe like it is your birth
Breathe like it is your moment
Breathe as your life has begun
With every moment
Within present time
Celebrate your birth
Celebrate your death
Move on with time
And breathe with a smile
Breathe is our natural inclination to go towards the flow of life. Breathe is what we can do when we are stuck in something. Breathe is our ability to challenge life events, to be present in life moments, and to live our life according to our values and beliefs. Breathe is about our life events, it is about our judgement in what we do, it is about our resources, it is about our life and our place in our life. We take from nature and we return to nature, this is the way we interact with nature. Our life is full of these interactions and we try to make sense of our life by making these interactions. We become our potential self when we take steps towards being aligned with nature, when we deal with our shortcoming and when we take relevant steps to feel our place in life.
We sometimes live in our head, we sometimes live in our body, and we sometimes live in our heart. They all have their own benefits, they are all part of us, the issue is that when we move away from one and go towards the other one, then there maybe a disbalance in our life. We can overcome this disbalance by meditation. Meditation helps us harmonise our mind, body and heart. It helps us place these in the same line and enables us to have these attributes to work together in peace.
