I am existing and I observe!
My senses, my reason and being
There it is, I am present
Experiencing and finite
Placed in an environment
Moving, and belonging
In between present, past and future
Let’s hold, let’s believe,
Let’s say I am part of a whole
I am an infinite point
I am a paradox in existing
I see myself and I see the world
Behind me, I have my future
To have faith! faith in my past
There exist more than just a reflection,
These are subsets of imperfection
Placed in my starting point,
My ever expanding beginning and end
Placed in me, is my mirror!
Mirror in me, focuses on existence issues in relation to our being and universe. This philosophical poem is based on our link to the cosmos and our creation. It takes an overview of how we are present in the world, what we do and why we are the way we are.
The world is full of mystery and it is not possible to figure out all things. What we find is that we need to know that we are not that special but the world we live in, and we are part of is very special. We see the world through our filters and therefore we only get to know a dimension of the reality through our lenses. There maybe multiple other realities evident outside of us and we are part of one that we happen to be part of in our lifetime.
