At the very start, but it was short,

Our emotion contains mixtures of primary and secondary emotions. We try our best to understand our emotions. Sometimes emotions need to be accepted, they need to be felt.
Sometimes we are not sure about what we are feeling, we maybe confused. We may need help to work through our emotion. We have more negative emotions than positive emotions. This is part of our evolutionary being. There are different levels of emotional intelligence, there is self awareness where the individual recognises subtle emotions and understand how these emotions influence their thoughts and behaviour. There is also self regulation where the person is able to control impulses, maintain emotional balance and how they response to situations, therefore they can stay calm under stress and adapt to situations and not to make decisions impulsively. Another level of emotion is our motivation, and our resistance to setbacks and following our goals. And another sign of emotional intelligence is empathy, where the person can perceive and understand feelings, perception and emotional needs of others. Lastly it is a social skill and whether the individual is competent in social situations, building and maintaining healthy and positive relationships.

In terms of our emotional health we need to be accepting of our faults and see our whole self with positive and negative emotions. We react to situations in certain ways and we may experience life in certain ways. Emotion is a big part of our reactions and maintaining our responses to stressful situations. We need to work on our self image, improve our self esteem and have a positive outlook towards ourselves. This helps us to have positive view of the future. Our emotional awareness and our emotional management are big part of our emotional health. We need to deal with stress in a healthy way and maintain balance while being empathetic towards ourselves and others.
Another factor to consider in terms of our emotional health is our internal frame of mind. This is a necessary condition for emotional health. We need to try and focus on ourselves and believe in our abilities instead of looking outwards for recognition and acceptance. Most importantly we need to look inward and to show ourselves that we are capable of greatness and great emotional health. Therefore we need to have a healthy and positive outlook of ourselves and to be reliant and accepting towards of self worth. This is an important condition because by no means we are perfect, therefore knowing and accepting ourselves as we are, helps us improve and grow towards our full potential.
Another important consideration for emotional health is our behaviour, the way we behave and the corresponding reactions we receive have impact on our emotional health. Therefore we need to be mindful of our actions and how it impact others. This is because others actions also impact us. Since we are social beings and part of our emotional health is our interactions with others, we need to make sure that we benefit from this interactions. In order to benefit from these interactions we need to learn to accept ourselves as we are, we need to take account of both positive and negative emotions. We need to accept others as they are and try to understand concepts from others point of views.
Lastly we need to improve our skills. We need to learn relevant tools that help us improve our emotional health. These tools can help us improve ourselves and emotional health. Therefore by practicing mindfulness, journaling, self compassion, physical activity, creative expressions, using self help meaning and grounding ourselves in nature can help us improve our emotional health. We all deal with difficult emotions, we all deal with difficult situations, what is important is to be open to learn new skills and to explore our options. We can then benefit from better self awareness through self care and improve of self knowledge.
