When we build a house what do we use? Building tools are used. When we want to pass our exam what do we do? We study, we use studying as a tool to pass our exam. Many times we think our mind is what defines us, but is this true? are we defined only by our mind? Are there not other factors, such as emotions, our physics and external reality as well as existence that also define us.
More than anything, the mind is a tool, a tool we can use to enhance ourselves. If we use our mind as a tool to make things happen, we have more control over our choices and our future. We use our minds to interact with the world. It is used to create experiences and construct our perceptions, beliefs and knowledge in the world.
