Sometimes we need to make sure that we trust our processes. We need to make sure that we believe in our way of life. There is no point in oversharing, there is no point in isolation. What needs to happen is confidence in our action. A confidence in ourselves and our decisions. A confidence towards a fulfilling life. There needs to be boundary in life, this is what keeps life in balance. There are certain things that we don’t need to share. We sometimes need to keep silence for ourselves, this is what balances our mind and body.
